Trayvon Martin

I've waited as long as I could trying to choose my words carefully, but the bottom line is  "TRAYVON MARTIN IS DEAD AND HIS KILLER IS FREE!! I don't pull the race card and I honestly hate it when people do, but in this case I have no choice.  I don't care if Trayvon was purple but he was black and if he had followed and shot a man who was armed with only Skittles and an Ice Tea, he would be in prison.  After listening to the 911 call and the racial slur I just don't understand why this dude is free.  If you are intimidated by someone or think they are up to no good WHY are you following them? The operator told you to stop but you took the law into your own hands.  If "the law" don't do something soon I think the public might do the same.  This is not a game people this is so serious! The Martins are going to bed tonight and every night for the rest of their life WITHOUT their son.  I can't imagine their pain.  Nothing can bring him back, but his family needs peace and Trayvon needs justice! Let's not rest until he gets it.   Jail is too good for that Bastard but we must put him there.

Please Let Whitney Rest

Before you try to throw a rock at somebody’s house make sure it doesn’t ricochet and take your eye out. You don’t know their personal relationship with God and they might be straight for all you know.  That being said we have all done some things that if it came out we could be bought for less than a penny.  You would be very cheap! Everybody thought they knew Whitney Houston because she was in the spotlight.  You knew the entertainer not the woman.  No matter under what circumstance she died it’s still sad because she is gone.  She had her demons on public display because she was famous, but what about your demons! Are you proud of what you’ve done? Would you admit if you were found out? Well she did and took full responsibilities for her actions.  Bobby didn’t force feed her drugs even if he introduced her to them.  That we do not know, but everyone thinks they have all the answers. Just shut up sometimes! That man is grieving as well. Married or divorced she is the mother of his child and someone he thought he would grow old with.  If you’ve never lost a spouse or an ex-spouse then you have no idea what he is going through.  I on the other hand no all too well.  When my ex-husband was killed you would have thought that I was the one that pulled the trigger. There is something about death that makes people “cut the fool” and make them experts on the deceased and everyone in their life.  Just because someone dies it does not make them a martyr it’s how they lived that does. In death I still remember how you were in life huh!! but for the sake of the family some things you can let ride and I did.  And umm where were these people when he was alive and out of control? Oh yeah that’s right they were hating his guts but now that he's dead you guys are bff.  Good looking out and thanks for being a true friend! Look at all the people who say they love Whitney now, but were not there in her darkest hour.  Give it a rest people.  What is done is done. Stop bringing up things you kept a secret for the 20 yrs that you’ve known her but now you want to tell.  Why? Does it make you feel better? You are losers for making her family suffer more pain.  Think about her family and let the woman rest.  No disrespect to the military which I do love, but it’s not her fault that she is famous and is getting more coverage than our fallen troops.  It is wrong in so many ways, because they made the ultimate sacrifice. Blame the media for that.

Dr. Conrad Murray

Ok MJ was the man and the best entertainer that most of us have ever seen and will ever see HANDS DOWN, but did Dr. Murray kill him?  If so I'm convinced that it was accidental.  Why would you kill someone who pays you 100,000 a month?  I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to be punished if he did kill him, but it should be because of the crime and not because of the status of the person killed. Truth be told there was reasonable doubt, but we needed somebody to take the blame so that we would feel better because we loved Michael Jackson so much!  We feel like we lost a family member and we want someone to pay right? Well what if there is no one to blame? It is possible that he took some extra medicine on his own or in fact that Dr. Murray did over medicate him.  Yes it was VERY EXTRA STUPID to call security before calling the EMT and there is nothing I can say to explain that. The truth of the matter is no one knows what really happened but 2 people and one of them is unable to tell it.  We have seen people commit murder and we know it's murder but they don't go to jail for too long at all.  Is 1 life better than another? Not to say that he will because we don't know yet, but he can't have much of a life when he gets out.  He will forever be known as the man that killed Michael Jackson. Little Caylee Anthony didn't sell out stadiums or make grown men scream like groupies so I guess her Murdering mother should just be set free.  If she was a celebrity would the jury have seen fit to find her murderer Guilty!! Shouldn't matter your status a victim is a victim.  God bless the innocent victims and falsely accused

Is that News?

Is news really news anymore?  Don't get me wrong I like to hear occasional gossip/ entertainment or whatever as much as the next person but sometimes we need to deal with real life problems. Seems they care more about politicians affairs than we do about the economy. Nevermind how expensive gas is or how many of our military is still in harms way or that I have a degree in Education but can't get full-time employment because lottery money isn't exactly going to EDUCATION so they can't pay me or give me benefits that I deserve.  I don't care who Weiner texts or gives his Weiner to as long as he was taking care of "Congress Business" his personal business is just that and I'm not his wife so Whatever!  Nevermind who killed that precious little Caylee Anthony and is living it up, we'd much rather know where the Prince and Kate will live and what she's wearing next week or how cute her sister's butt is. Really! At this moment I could care less how much Kim Kardashian's wedding cost, who Ashton did or didn't have sex with or how many Baby Mama Maids that Schwarzenegger has knocked up. I am more concerned if I'll have a full-time job come next school year, if I can get my 11,275.67 in back pay that fool owes me in Child Support and hoping that just maybe the teachers will get the raise that they deserve and that our kids are getting proper education, I hope gas isn't $6 a gallon so I can afford to go out of the city limits! I pray all of our military can come home for good and that there will be justice for little Caylee Anthony and all the other murdered and molested babies and a billion other important things!  Entertainment is great but sometimes I need the NEWS to focus less on celebrities and their nonsense and more on real life!

Very 1st blog

For my very 1st blog. I'm going to talk about someone I love very much and that is me!  The people that know me know that I am known for giving pretty good advice or so I'm told.  Truth be told it was a very long time before I took my own advice especially when it came to men.  A lot of men say I "Male Bash", I call it "Telling it like it is".  At any rate somethings are really not their fault, especially when you know who you're dealing with.  When you know what you're getting, when you get it don't complain about it.  I was in an on again off again relationship with this dude for years.  Now I knew exactly who he was and who he wasn't but I always gave him too much credit.  I was in Love and blah, blah, blah...Why? I do not know.  I knew what we had was nothing from the start but I continued to let him back in my life. When he broke my heart for the last time I woke up.  Everything he did to me I deserved because I let him do it to me. We need to stop laying down with these fools who ain't worth the change in our purse. I no longer wear my heart on my sleeve and some men I've dated will tell you I don't have one.  "I'm very proud of the Ice Queen title." :) A young woman is going to be a fool at least once but you don't have to play it when you old and rusty AND no better.  "Girl he changed" yeah right maybe his draws and that's about it!! Please stop it!! Women do that so much, but not men.  Think about how many men you know that will forgive a woman after she has made him look like a fool?  Yes there will be some but most men have a lot of pride. They may say they forgive you but it ain't so and behind your back he with your bf.  Hookup with his boy and see if he forgives you, I think not.  I was always told people deserve a 2nd chance, but why?  Cut it out! The 3 strikes only apply to Baseball.  1 is all I need and you outta here! I can forgive you all day, but I don't have to give you a 2nd chance.  Will the police give me one when I cut you?  At the end of the day you can't control your heart but you can control your head.  Think and go for what you know and save yourself some grief and maybe some jail time.
